Public Area Supervisor
Job Description
- Training and supervising Public Area Cleaners
- Inspecting cleaning equipment and supplies on a regular basis
- Providing assistance to Public Area Cleaners while they carry out their duties
- Controlling and monitoring the usage of cleaning materials to minimize waste
- Submitting reports to management about cleaning personnel, equipment, supplies and general expenses
- Establishing hotel cleaning schedules for Public Area Cleaners and ensuring that all tasks are carried out effectively, efficiently and to a high standard
Job Requirements
- Possess at least SPM, STPM or Professional Certificate in any field
- Have supervisory experience preferably in hospitality/cleaning service
- Able to work independently as well as work closely with all counterparts
